I was looking for a larger unit and I came upon this facility. The person I was speaking with via phone and Tax was very good and very knowledgeable. Reply was really quick as well. I ended up getting one for now. Also, if you have any issues they respond in a timely manner, if there’s any repairs as well that needs to be done I would would definitely recommend this location in Whiteland

I have waited to write this review till I had some time to really give voice to the situation. It's a long story but it started with my wife having seizures and totaling her car. We make the decision for her to go to Colorado with her sister for some help while I work. This put me in a position to rent a room once our lease was up so in November I rent a room from a woman who's daughter is my coworker, everything is great they let me use a car to drive myself and the daughter to work since I only have a motorcycle. Then my mom gets sick and needs to come stay with me. They tell me not to move out just to stay there with my mom. That goes great for about 60 days until my mom notices that the cops served an eviction notice(she did not own the property) and apparently hadn't paid rent for several months. So I immediately look for a place and find one for me and my mom. The woman somehow convinces me to put my belongings in storage saying she found a rental. So she gets 3 big storage units and a uhaul. She expects me to pay for half even though I only have around 5 cubic ft of property. Anyway I refuse to pay half so this sends her into a rampage she throws some of my stuff out of the storage unit. I have my mom who's sick and no vehicle to put this stuff in. So I rent a unti from The same place through my phone they provided the lock and everything it was so easy but that's not where the 5 star review comes from. A month and a half later I file to take the woman to court so she pulls a few things out of her storage including boxes of important documents my childrens art and other stuff she throws the boxes in the dumpster and the cabinet next to the dumpster. I called Bigger storage and they immediately retrieved my stuff. Saved any info I asked them to and worked out a way for me to get my stuff back. They did all of this without knowing I was already a customer, because they were trying to help. Turns out my mom has leukemia. Losing those documents was the last thing I needed. They gave me a break when I thought I would break into pieces myself. This is the type of family business you want to support. Just want to give a special thanks to brie, Paul and the owner who's name is Bill I think.

New ownership. Safe and secure. Very nice management.

Nice little storage facility. I like that they allow small businesses to operate out of the units.
